Monroe County – H16 (120th St) Bridge Over Cedar Creek

The original bridge was a 240’ x 20’ continuous steel I-beam bridge that was widened to 30’ wide in the 1970’s.  The deck had become highly deteriorated over time while the steel beams and concrete foundations remained in good condition.  The project consisted of removing the existing concrete deck, minor strengthening of the beams, repair to some corroded areas and placement of a new concrete deck.
